The Solventless Choice
What is Solventless? Solventless live rosin is a concentrated extract made without the use of solvents such as butane, ethanol, or CO2, which are often used in traditional extraction methods. We feel that producing a product, direct from the plant without additives is the healthiest approach. Our focus from the inception has been health over high, to this day; we adhere to those core values.
Our washing and drying capacity is commercial scale. There is a separate wash room with a ICExtract ICON V-200 machine for bulk washes, which process up to Process up to 50K(wet grams) in product at one time (2200 wet grams=1Lb). Our drying room has been upgraded to a dedicated 10 freeze dryer room, with strain isolated dryers per batch insuring the highest possible terpene retention possible.
The Process
Fresh Frozen Wash
It all begins with the wash! By using top tier products and production scale equipment, we are able to create outstanding products with sustainable growth.
Collection + Drying
Our team carefully then collects the separated materials via micron bags and assigned to a dryer for processing.
Bag + Press
With varied micron sizes and pressing techniques, we can consistently create your desired end texture for the desired product. Our work stations consist of 3 Low Temp press machines at any given time, with 4 kilo per day pressing capabilities.
VERITAS HASH INVENTORY
To create live rosin, IWH is pressed, and cured. We stock several strains of IWH available in bulk. To begin a bulk order, there is a minimum of 28g required to be pressed. Touch base here to place your order.
